Salim Dada

Managing Director and CEO

Salim Dada has been in the mergers and acquisition industry for over 20 years in Washington after previous work in California and Texas. Before founding Concord Ventures in 2001, Mr. Dada worked for five years as an independent associate for a local M&A firm.

Mr. Dada has extensive experience in marketing and re-capitalization of manufacturing, service, and distribution companies. His greatest sales volume has been among aerospace-related machining and fabrication companies.

Over the years, Mr. Dada has been involved in the sale of machining and fabrication facilities, an environmental laboratory, cabinet and countertop manufacturing, computer assembly and distribution, store fixture manufacturing and distribution, legal and IT staffing firms, food processing, cable harnessing, metal finishing, auto body repair, mechanical contractors, janitorial service, printing, sign and display manufacturing, freight forwarding, transportation and trucking services, and numerous other types of companies.

Mr. Dada has studied Accounting and Finance at the City University of Seattle. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors.

Stephan Schirrecker

Advisor - Technology

Stephan Schirrecker is Vice President of Marketing at Nexmo  and previously led the partner team for Office 365 at Microsoft where he helped scale the SaaS business from $50M to $500M in five years.

Stephan also founded iTango, raising $15M in funding, served as Vice President of Marketing at nCompass, and led product marketing for Novell in Germany.

Stephan started his career at Microsoft Corporation working on the first release of Windows and holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Toulouse, France.

Budi Santoso Asmadi

Business & Technology Advisor

Budi is a Business and Technology Advisor at Concord Ventures with more than 20 years of experience in the IT Industry both in Indonesia and internationally. He has a deep knowledge in assessing IT-based companies, and in product and service development.

Before joining Concord, Budi has had a number of successful entrepreneurial ventures, including founding an IT System Integration company from scratch, which he eventually grew into a multi-billion IDR revenue business.

Budi has also led business transformations taking non-IT service companies and turning them into IT service companies with a complete set of solutions that include IT infrastructure deployment, Software Development, IT security, IT Service Management, and so on. He has worked with well-known firms in Southeast Asia, such as Hewlett Packard Singapore, Astra International Tbk., and Astra Graphia IT Tbk.

Bayu Yudianala

M&A Advisor

Bayu Yudianala works as an advisor to Concord Ventures.

Bayu began his career as a financial analyst in a prominent multinational banking company and then worked in Japan for seven years. Once back in Indonesia, he continued his career in capital markets. He is knowledgeable in project funding, strategy implementation, and compliance with Indonesian regulations.

He holds three capital market licenses: Underwriter Representative; Broker/Dealer Representative; and Investment Manager Representative. These licenses are regulated under the Indonesian financial services authority, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, which oversees the financial sector.

Bayu holds a BS in Economics from Gadjah Mada University and studied Mining Engineering at University of Pembangunan Nasional Veteran, both in Yogyakarta, Central Java.

Rameshwar “Ramesh” Sharma, CFA, CIIA, PRM is an accomplished professional with more than 15 years of working experience in the financial services industry, with a rewarding experience in various companies in the domains of Capital Market, Investment Analysis, and Financial Technology.

He holds an EMBA from NUS Business school Singapore and Post-graduate in Finance MS (Fin) from ICFAI, along with reputed professional credentials such as CFA(ICFAI), Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) from ACIIA Switzerland and Professional Risk Manager (PRM) from PRMIA USA.

Ramesh presently working with organization to transforming business for better customer experience and sustainable growth by implementation of latest technology and best practices.

Asyifa Pritazora

Head of Indonesian Office

Asyifa Pritazora handles prospective clients and provides overall support for the team in Indonesia. She acts as a liaison between the Indonesian and US teams to ensure efficient communication and understanding of our business in Indonesia. She also ensures that the whole team is updated as needed on our Indonesian counterparts.

She holds BAs with a major in Accounting and Business from two universities: Pancasila University, Indonesia, and Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia.

Asyifa has worked in Air Navigation Indonesia in the Accounting and Asset Division.

She is proficient in Bahasa and English.

Kirana Mulyacantika

Financial Analyst

Kirana has over 4 years of experience as an external auditor in a Public Accounting firm with a worldwide affiliation.

She has been involved in many audit engagements for a variety of industries such as Trade and Services, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Financing industries.

Having strong financial and accounting background, she is responsible for reviewing financials of clients to be presented in marketing materials.

Kirana holds a degree in Economics with a major in Accounting and graduated with honors (summa cum laude) from University of Pancasila in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Ayub Dada

Yasmina Kusumoprojo

Analyst

Yasmina (Mina) Kusumoprojo is a marketing analyst. She prepares our company teasers and pitch decks.

Mina has worked as a laboratory assistant at her university, Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta. She has participated in several research talks and held a research internship at the Indonesian National Nuclear Energy Agency. She has also served as a volunteer  liaison officer for a renewable energy seminar given by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and for the Safe Travel campaign put on by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both in Indonesia.

Mina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Universitas Indonesia and is proficient in English and Indonesian.

Gemni Benazir Nastiti

Analyst

Gemni is an Analyst at Concord Ventures. She has a strong knowledge of finance with experience in Internal Audits, Data Analytics, and Digital Marketing.

Gemni started her career as an Auditor before later moving on to becoming a Business Intelligence Analyst at a Pharmacutical company.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a major in Accounting from University of Indonesia and is currently working on her Master’s at the same institution.
