Concord Ventures Sells Encore Cabinets, Inc.

Concord Ventures is pleased to announce the sale of Encore Cabinets, Inc., of Everett, WA, to DGT Industries, Inc, Bellevue, WA.

Representing the seller, Concord Ventures initiated and negotiated the transaction and arranged the financing.

Founded in 2003 by the current owner, Encore Cabinets’ main customers are local homebuilders. It is one of the few companies in its area able to provide complete matched sets of cabinets and doors delivered to the job site. Encore has a top reputation for quality, service, and prompt delivery, which is essential for home builders.

The previous owner will remain involved in the operation.

Concord Ventures is a Bellevue-based boutique investment-banking firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions, re-capitalizations, and valuations of established companies.
