Bellevue, WA, June 2012 Concord Ventures is pleased to announce the sale of laser and router fabrication company K&K Industries of Bellingham, WA, to a private investor.

Concord Ventures represented the seller and arranged financing for the sale.

K&K Industries is the largest laser and router cutting service between Everett, Washington, and Vancouver, B.C. The company produces parts for its customers to their exact specifications by means of a range of sophisticated and expensive equipment and the highly skilled personnel needed to run them.

The company built a well-diversified customer base, producing parts for dairy machinery manufacturers, boat builders, military jet engines, snowmobile manufacturers, medical and dental furniture, medical and dental equipment manufacturers, automobiles, architects, berry picking machines, and a variety of other customers.

The company was relatively unaffected by the general economic downturn. The sellers, a husband and wife partnership, founded the company in 2004.
