Concord Ventures Sells Peltram Plumbing, Inc.

Concord Ventures is pleased to announce the sale of Peltram Plumbing, Inc., Auburn, WA, to Crescendo Capital Partners, Los Angeles, CA.

Representing the seller, Concord Ventures initiated and negotiated the transaction.

The previous owner retains substantial equity and a leadership role in the company.

Founded 30 years ago by the current owner’s father, Peltram Plumbing installs plumbing and related systems for large volume home builders and commercial developers in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to handling the rough-In and trim phases, Peltram is also licensed to install residential fire sprinkler systems and NFPA13-D designated systems.

Peltram has built a reputation for a very high level of customer service and performance.

Concord Ventures is a Bellevue-based boutique investment-banking firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions, re-capitalizations, and valuations of established companies.
