Concord Ventures Sells Talon Manufacturing, Inc.

Concord Ventures is pleased to announce the sale of Talon Manufacturing, Inc., Arlington, WA, to Prowse Manufacturing Group, Inc., also of Arlington, WA, as part of a rollup.

Representing the seller, Concord Ventures initiated and negotiated the transaction and arranged the financing.

Founded in 1997, Talon is an ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certified company that produces machined and turned metal aerospace parts for its customers. These certifications show a consistent level of quality and service.

Concord Ventures is a Bellevue-based boutique investment-banking firm specializing in mergers, acquisitions, re-capitalizations, and valuations of established companies. The primary focus of the firm is companies with valuations between $3,000,000 to $500,000,000 in manufacturing, service, and distribution.
